Buffalo Wings time, checking through the internet for the best wings in LA area, and Hot Wing Cafe is a top hit. Somemore it is at Hollywood, so pretty easy to find... Just that parking is a problem. Circle a few times to find a parking lot, and most meter parking there are only for 1 hour max. Lucky found one after a while...
Simple deco, just a neon sign saying "Hot Wing Cafe". Other than that, you will not know they are famous for wings... Anyway, we order hot wings, of course, and soon the waitress comes served with the wings.
