Tonight is Knotts Berry Scary Halloween Night... We will be going to visit this famous Theme Park that is a hit with the locals every Halloween season. It is only in the Halloween season that we have Knotts Berry
In the day, it is the Peanuts' Theme Park... with Charlie Brown, Snoopy and friends to greet the fans... In the night, the Park is transformed into a scary and spooky place where monsters, ghosts and many other creatures of the dark are alive and roaming the place to scare the hell out of the paying customers... The place comes alive from 7pm-2am.
Unfortunately, we didn't bring our camera along, so we didn't get to take any photos. But photos and videos are everywhere on Youtube, just search for "Knotts Berry Halloween 2007" and you will have many results...

Outdoor, the use of lighting and fog creates the atmosphere, and some areas are so foggy that you cannot even see your own hands. The monsters are equipped with skates, and they will skate at high speed and brake just infront of you with a loud screeching sound and brake sparks. And that really surprise you...
The mazes are astonishing realistic, with props and blood and music, to really make your hair stand and your heart race... Of course, monsters are always around the corner trying to surprise and scare you... We tried about 8 mazes: "Lost Vegas in 3D", "13 Axe Murder Manor", "The Doll Factory", "Beowulf Labyrinth of Darkness", "Killer Crown Kollege", "Black Widow's Cavern", "Lore of the Vampire", "Feary Tales in 3D". The 3D mazes are nice, where you put on 3D glasses, and see the images popping out infront of you.
However, there are just too many people and the queue is long for the popular mazes. But it is fun...
Besides the mazes and rides, there are also show performances. The one we see (shown below) is so full of blood and violence, that it is funny. Whenever a killer from famous horror movies (like Jason, Freddy, etc) appears on stage, they will be killed by the main actor. And blood will splash... Oh man.
