Day2 of orientation; wake up in the morning, decide to skip the small group meeting, since don't think it will tell me any more than I already know... So go to university only at 2pm to meet academic advisor for course clearances, before I can register for classes...
I am surprise that the advisement takes only 2 mins, and my queue for advisement takes more than 15 mins... Whoa... Anyway, I am most happy that I can now register for my classes :)
And now I am done to meet Winnie at the Trojan bookstore to buy my books... However, we end up buying more than just books, there are so many USC shirts and other collectibles that we also buy a USC bear and a T-shirt each :)
Look at the football related stuffs
The USC banner...
At 5pm, we go for the International Students Reception at Founder's Park, where we get to know more of the various associations and clubs in USC (something like the Matriculation Fair in NUS) and what activities they provide to the student population. Like Singapore student association. India, Japan, China, Iran, Indonesia, Korea, and many other country-based associations. Also religion-based clubs and volunteer center...
