Hot summer

Past few days are hectic days, man... Going to school everyday to settle administrative stuff, from passport verification, to getting the USC card, to taking a TB skin test, to getting course clearances, to register for classes... And to add to these, the weather this entire week is HOT, HOT. Worse than back in Spore. The sun intensity here really burns and tans your skin, good if you like a tan... but not for me. Skin cancer is bad...

Good news, I now know the university quite well, since I have to travel to different locations to settle the above issues. So maybe can no need go for next week's orientation... hehe... good idea :p
But the bad news is the weather will stay sunny for a bit longer... So get out the sunglasses and sunblocks...

Eating bread and having fast food for the past few days as well, since have not really bought any groceries yet, except for bread, haha... But tomorrow planning to go to Chinatown to look around, and also have some Chinese food for a change... Yummy :)
If possible, can also buy rice cooker and water kettle and of course Chinese groceries to start cooking... The supermarkets nearby don't seems to sell rice cooker, and mineral water is not cheap (85cents for 1 gallon). We have to see...
